Week 1 Day 1

After a weekend of over eating and not working out (and due to the fact that Christmas is around the corner and a family Vegas trip is in the works), I'm starting a new 6 week work-out/eating healthy (not diet) plan.

Food:

Breakfast
1 cup of hot green tea - 0 calories
1/2 cup of spaghetti (yes for breakfast!)- 150 calories

Snack
1 banana - 120 calories

Lunch
1/2 cup of spaghetti (again for lunch!)- 150 calories
1 diet coke - 0 calories

Snack
1 apple - 80 calories
1 blueberry nutrigram - 130 calories

Dinner
chicken curry + brown rice - 450 calories
spag - 100 calories

Food Total: 1180 calories

Work-out
1 hour of cardio kick box - 500 calories
10 minutes on bike - 50 calories
600 (on each side) side crunches with 25 lb weights - 50 calories

Yay!!!!
