Week 1 Day 2

Breakfast
1/2 cup spaghetti (i know again!) - 150 calories
1 cup of hot green tea - 0 calories
1/4 cookie - 50 calories ( I will try really hard not to eat the whole thing)

Lunch
Guess what I had for lunch! Clue - 1 cup = 330 calories
Diet Coke - 0 calories

Dinner
brown rice and mechado - 600 calories

Workout:
1 hour of step - 500 calories
