left me feeling crazy bloated and overall not good...
so today is day 1 of the fruit flush detox...to sum it up day 1 is protein shakes every 2 hours until dinner time when we get to have 3-6 cups of fresh salad and 3-6 ounces of lean chicken. days 2 and 3 I get to eat fruit every 2 hours until dinner time when I get to have more veggies and another protein shake.
must exert self control....
