week 1 day 3

WORK OUT 15 minutes of abs

breakfast: 2 egg white omellette with veggies/potatoes and 1 oz chicken = 150 calories, 15 grams of protein; coffee with 1/2 cup chocolate soy milk 50 calories, 4 grams of protein

current total: 200 calories, 19 grams of protein
